Shell Canada Office Building

This 2 story project consists of a new office building and warehouse built from precast concrete. This practical design was the first in the area to be awarded a LEED® silver certification. Over 95% of the project’s construction waste was diverted from landfills and several water conservation initiatives are implemented inside and out of the building. Large windows provide the offices and common areas with ample natural lighting, and large steel awnings create shade and rhythm along the facade.
