Jingle Pot

A thoughtful series of three light industrial buildings with units that offer a mixed use of commercial and industrial spaces for a vast array of business functions. Two story units along the main roads were molded around the naturally sloped site, allowing for prime frontage exposure with front business entrances and rear parking with loading. Other units contain ground floor warehouse space with a built out second floor mezzanine space.
