This 3 story precast concrete parkade offers secure vehicle storage for the surrounding car dealerships. The parkade can hold 400 vehicles, and uses a car elevator in lieu of traditional ramps to provide more vehicle storage space. A curved greenwall on the south east corner as well as a landscaping buffer along both streets with several trees add plenty of green space to the site. Additionally, decorative metal panels along the facades add a play in material to the otherwise utilitarian concrete structure. Rooftop ‘solar collectors’ will supplement the energy needs to illuminate the parkade and provide ventilation.
